USE IN THE SAUNA: Massage the scrub directly onto your damp skin using circular motions. After your sauna, rinse the scrub off with warm water. Your skin will be incredibly soft and ready for further procedures and care.
USE IN THE SHOWER: Apply to wet skin and massage with circular motions, paying particular attention to areas where the skin is rougher (knees, elbows). Rinse off.
