Use intimate wash for daily care. Can be used several times a day if needed. Rinse off with water after use. For external use only.

• Use intimate washes on the outside of the vagina only.
• Avoid synthetic underwear and sanitary pads/panty liners that do not allow the skin to breathe.
• Avoid wearing close-fitting (tight) clothes.
• Always change out of wet swimwear, since not doing so increases the possibility of vaginal infections.
• Proper intimate hygiene is especially important during menstruation, pregnancy, the postnatal period and menopause.
