To achieve the best possible results, we advise regular, daily use in the morning and evening.

 STEP 1: EXFOLIATION 
(once a week or as needed)

Apply the scrub to areas of your body with pronounced cellulite. Massage it in for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

 STEP 2: SUPER SHOT 
(every morning and evening)

Apply the concentrate to the most problematic areas of the body, where cellulite and excess pockets of fat are the most pronounced (e.g., around the hips, or “saddlebags”).

Which of the two products you use in the morning and which in the evening is entirely up to you and your personal preferences.
