  Glycerine is one of the best and most researched moisturisers, with its efficacy confirmed in a number of clinical studies. It can bind water from the deeper basal layer of the epidermis into the stratum corneum, and so increase the hydration of this layer. • Every morning and/or evening, apply 2–3 drops of the serum to cleansed and toned skin on the face and neck.
